Features
- Proprietary Closed-Loop System (CL option) provides durable accuracy and repeatability. Unique system with encoders on all axis to monitor axis position. The control reads the encoders at over 60,000 times a second and the feedback is analyzed by the software. Based on the position of the encoders, the outputs to the motors are advanced, reduced, or modified as needed.
- Spindle ON/OFF and speed control from the software
- Anti-backlash system provides zero backlash on all axes
- Light weight but durable frame and stages made from 6061-T^ aircraft aluminum. Hard anodizing provides exceptional wear resistance.
- Proven slide dovetail construction with adjustable gibbs for long lasting accuracy
- Spindle supplied with ER-16 collets. It can accept optional drill chuck or tool holders.
- Collet range 1/16" to 3/8"
- Spindle motor available in 1/5 hp or 1/2 hp power output.
- Home / Limit switch combination for the positive side of the X, Y, and Z axis (CL only)
- A Socket for optional accessories:
